The location was amazing. i could walk to many popular attractions. breakfast included a lot of varieties each morning. It was a delight. the staff were also very attentive to my requests, which i did appreciate.

The air conditioning didn't work properly in the room. i did report it to reception, but it was not repaired . the bathroom was also quite small. a daily bottle of water came with a charge upon checkout. This was not clear at the time of receiving.

The location is very close to the city center and a tram stop. We walked easily to many locations from the hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.. Breakfast included many different meals such as croissants, bacon, and fresh fruit.
